We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the legal requirements for doing so are not met.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, and Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA).

When you access our pages, technically necessary connection data is processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser and operating system. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. No cookies, no consent required

This website sets no cookies requiring consent and uses no advertising networks, social media plugins, profiling or user-level tracking. A consent banner is therefore not required. Visitor statistics are collected cookie-free and do not allow individuals to be recognised across visits.

4. Contact and enquiry form

If you contact us via the enquiry form, by e-mail or by telephone, we process the details you provide: name, e-mail address, telephone number where given, the machine concerned and your message. We use these solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

5. Contact via WhatsApp

Our pages contain a button linking to WhatsApp. Simply visiting our website transmits no data to WhatsApp. Only when you click the button does WhatsApp open and data is transmitted to WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin. WhatsApp is then the controller for that processing. If you prefer not to use it, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is deleted once no longer required, at the latest after twelve months. If a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods of six or ten years apply. Server log data is deleted or shortened automatically after a short period.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Consent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

An informal message to hassani1@freenet.de is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the competent authority for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany.

8. No automated decision-making

Automated decision-making including profiling pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR does not take place.

9. Encryption

This website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS).
